You are determined to live a better future and have chosen Bow Valley College as your stepping stone for its on-demand and learner-centered programs, its high graduation and employment rates, and the opportunity to work during and after your studies. If you are wondering how to get yourself started then look no further! International learners can connect with a specialized team at Bow Valley College for more information and to apply.

Before starting your process, you should get sense of the time required to register in your program and to obtain a study permit to come to Canada as a student. To begin, we recommend applying from 6 to 12 months in advance of the start date of your program of choice to assure that space is available and that there is sufficient time to process your study permit.

Here is how to apply:

  1. Confirm the application deadlines.
  2. Choose your program of preference, and review the entrance requirements and the available intakes. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm space availability in the program.
  3. Confirm the timeline to process your study permit.
  4. Download and complete BVC’s application form and gather all supporting documents. If applying for an academic program, you need to provide high school transcripts and proof of English language proficiency.
  5. Submit your application form, supporting documents and application fee. It takes from 4 to 6 weeks to process and receive an offer from the college.
  6. After receiving our offer of admission, pay your confirmation and tuition fees to get your Letter of Acceptance.
  7. Apply for your study permit and email us a copy of your permit before starting the program.
